I stayed here for a week to play at the casino, and liked the hotel a lot for the money. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and good location.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean our room was, the beds were comfortable and the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly

My second stay in this hotel. Pros: location, easy travel from/to airport, friendly staff, reasonable pricing Cons: small room, no refrigerator, no elevator

The location of the hotel was excellent, close to musuem quarter and a lot of shopping nearby. Excellent staff. My only issue was that my room was next to the kitchen. Every morning at 5am, I would be awaken by the smell of baked pastries and it can get loud when other guests starts to eat and move furnitures around. Love their complimentary beverage station. Excellent hot chocolate and OJ :)

Room Cleanliness was poor, but the location was well suited for my particular needs.

It was overall a comfortable stay. When asking for a bit softer pillow, they tried to accommodate to our needs although there was not much difference. I was asked for €5 that “I didn't pay for the city tax on the website.” Don‘t know what it was about after I confirmed I did pay on Orbitz site.

In general, very positive experience, no complaints at all. In addition to what I read on Orbitz's site, room amenities included coffee making machine with complementary regular and decaffeinated coffee and a laptop compatible safe. The room phone was only for internal calls within the hotel; outside calls could be made from the phone at reception. The hotel staff was friendly and responsive: I just mentioned to the reception that the plastic case of the hair drier in my room had been chipped and they replaced it with a new one next day.

Majority of the staff was friendly and helpful; their English was excellent. The only problem with staff occurred when we asked for different pillows for our room. The pillows were very thick and hard as rocks. The male sitting at the front desk said he was filling in for someone, normally did not work there and, therefore, wouldn't likely be able to find any other pillows. He did not get up to try to find any while we stood there; he just put his head down and kept doing what he was doing. Room comfort was a 3 due to the thick, hard pillows. The pillows were so uncomfortable I could not sleep well nor could my friend with whom I traveled. Other than the pillows and the lazy fill-in front desk man that one night, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Walking distance from all the sites we wanted to see for our three days in the city. Nice hotel! Friendly and helpful staff

They gave us a miniature room no space to move or placing the luggage to be opened, the mattress smelled uggly, cleaning incomplete they left the dirty coffee cups of the day before, the people at front desk very kind and helping no complain about them, but we felt very uncomfortable in that very tiny room without ventilation.

The staff was very helpful during and before our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The stairs are steep and not for handicapped. Hotel is close to many attractions and bus/tram lines.

Walking distance to everything Amsterdam has to offer

The staff was really friendly. Very clean and organized. It's close to the city center. It gets a bit far if you decide to do day trips from Amsterdam. It's a 30min walk to the Amsterdam Centraal Station. The rooms are really comfortable, with AC, good shower, cable, and WiFi. There's no fridge in the room tho.

The hotel was small but very clean and cozy. Great location. Easy access to public transportation.

The hotel was nice and if around the same price that I paid was available again, I would re book with them. The only thing I disliked was that my room did not have any windows which was unlike the different hotel I stayed at the night before and where I enjoyed looking out of the window. But yes, I would stay here again but make a request (a request) for a room with a window.

I stayed there one night and really enjoyed it. The room is small but very clean and comfortable! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for the money. Plus free espresso drinks. Definitely will stay there next time!

This hotel was one of two hotels on our 16 day trip that we booked for additional nights. The first night we were on the fourth floor, with no lift & huge luggage but it was worth it being the only room on the floor & 4 beds for the two of us! The other nights we were on the first floor which was smaller but no stairs. The staff were very helpful recommending places to eat, providing coupons, holding our luggage & answering all of our questions. There was also free wifi & the location was close but not too close to all the excitement Amsterdam has to offer.

Clean modern room with comfortable bed and new shower

BEAUTIFUL CLEAN ROOM WITH COMFY BED AND NICE SHOWER. A LITTLE TREK UP THE STAIRS AS THERE IS NO ELEVATOR BUT FANTASTIC VALUE FOR CENTRAL LOCATION.

Terrific staff, offered great recommendations and couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms are clean and functional, and the location is great, near many of Amsterdam's museums and interesting spots. Would definitely return the next time in Amsterdam.
