Property was good, although I would’ve preferred two doubles in our room to 1 double and 2 twins with one twin shortened to fit the room.
If I would've known when I booked the room - that I would be in the basement of the hotel - I would NOT have booked here. With that being said the staff was VERY HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE - the first room I was in smelled off mildew and the shower flooded the bathroom - and had NO WINDOW - in addition the TV did not work - after my second day of this not being fixed they moved me to another basement room - with NO WINDOW - but working tv and less flooding shower - The STAFF were amazing, nice and helpful - Though I was told the hotel had no other WINDOW rooms available - I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN - only if I CONFIRMED ahead of time that I would be in a upstairs room with a window!

The room had a queen mattress with a full flat sheet covering the bed. The sheet far far to small and every morning we woke up on bare mattress. Disgusting.
Rooms was so tiny and not clean at all. No response from front desk

Staff was nice, but the room had dirty carpets and walls and no closet or place to hang clothes.
It was clean and nice. The location was great! We could walk almost anywhere and the airport bus was two minutes away. I wish it would have had a refrigerator.
Carla, à la réception, nous a vraiment aidé... billets aux expositions, informations pour le transport, etc. ...et toujours avec un grand sourire et de bonne humeur. L'hotel a besoin d'une cure de rajeunissement mais il est très bien placé, près du transport en commun, chambres confortables avec le petit déjeuner acceptable. Le personnel desinteressé, à part Carla. Très mauvaise connection Internet.
