Decent service cold room

Cold room and no double beds. Good friendly service. A little bit away from city but Easy enough connection to city and airport via bus 21or tram 19. Get 2 or 3 days bus ticket as single tickets expensive.

The room was much smaller than expected. We could barely walk around the bed without tripping. The towels were thin and small. There was no tissue available. The air/fan barely worked. The room had no window and was very stuffy. We felt like we were in an enclosed prison cell. The walls were dirty and had some graffiti on them and the bed linen was dingy. I did not feel comfortable in the room. For almost $200 a night, I would have expected more. The staff however, were excellent, helpful, and very polite.

Only a bus ride from central Amsterdam. Alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason, in desperate need to repaint all walls, safety deposit box was broken and bathroom door didn’t shut properly.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in looks absolutely nothing like the photos on their website, first room the tv,fridge and air con didn’t even work, then when we swapped rooms we had a broken mirror, writing And marks on the walls and just generally a pretty ugly room, it’s a lot further out from the centre than what it says and the photos are misleading and I do not recommend to anyone to even consider staying at this hotel. More like a hostel.

It is sort of quirky for sure. It reminded me of some if the hotels ive stayed in Asia. But the bed was clean and very comfortable. The shower worked well and breakfast was very nice.The staff were really helpful and friendly too. So thats the main thing for us. But it is a little quirky, alarms seem to go off in the night for a short time. We had a nice view of a canal... Its a budget hotel... We enjoyed our stay.

Péssimo hotel, não indico!

Meu quarto era dentro do restaurante. Os travesseiros eram extremamente ruins, usei um moletom enrolado como travesseiro. Pedi por 2 dias seguidos e não havia travesseiros extras. O banheiro sempre ficava alagado quando tomava banho, a pia estava entupida e o vaso sanitário fora da altura padrão. Deve ter sido projetado para pessoas com mais de 2m de altura.

Looks nothing like advertised, walls filthy, wet room with drains that flood and the fire alarm went off every morning at around 2am... would not recommended and would suggest Expedia take the hotel off their site!!!

Good distance from tram and getting to central or dam is easy from here. Very multi-cultural area The staff were very friendly and polite! The rooms are decent size, enough for a bed and side table. Bathroom is nice and modern. The only thing i can pick at is that you can hear loud talking or walking outside as the rooms are on the same floor as reception There is a local supermarket just 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel which was very useful

Awful

Absolutelu awful, troed to squeeze extra money iff us at evey chance they could. Fire alarm went off at 5am did not even receive an apology. Room was nothing like advertised.
