The room has not been getting cleaned well at all. The mirror still had spittle from previous guests brushing their teeth and the shower/tub was filthy. Dirt and grime was collected around the corners and the tub had a residue ring all around the base. We went to find water at a vending machine and there was none. The door had also obviously been knocked through because it was dented from the big lock and could now easily bust through it. For the price, I did not expect much… but cleaning the mirror and a quick wipe of the tub would at least give the appearance of a maintained room. The second star is for the positive: There did not appear to be any bedbugs, the bed was comfortable, and the front desk was nice and professional.

Towels were brown instead of white. Roaches on sofa. We were tired and said, oh well lets just sleep and go. That didnt happen. While we were asleep roaches decided to share the bed with us. That was it. We grabbed our stuff and left. Asked expedia for refund but they said it depended on hotel. Have never experienced this from a Quality Inn. So sad.
