Per the CABQ short-term rental requirements, quiet hours begin at 9pm through 6am. This does not restrict guests from enjoying the outdoor amenities beyond 9pm, but the sound level must be kept to a minimum to ensure that you do not disrupt neighbors.

If found in violation of this rule, guests will face immediate removal from property. Parties are not allowed.

Up to two (2) dogs are welcome in our home for a $75 fee. Unauthorized dogs or other animals on premises will be subject to a $500 fine. Animals must be well behaved and are not to be left unattended outside. Pets CANNOT be barking in backyard or cause any disturbance to neighbors. Guests are required to use pooper scooper before end of stay.

Check-In & Check Out time can be negotiated on a case by case basis.

WARNING: The front and back of property (facing premises) do have Ring Security cameras mounted. This is for the safety and security of both the guests and owners. This is also serves as a crucial element to ensure property is appropriately prepared upon arrival.

For Stays EXCEEDING 7 days:
-Hot Tub maintenance will be schedule to ensure proper chemical levels and water levels (1) weekly. Home entry is not necessary, as entry and exit from the hot tub can be done through private back gate.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe.

Condo was perfect for our stay. New air conditioner worked great for the 100 degree days we were there. Close to downtown and old town. Easy access to I-40 & 25. Kitchen was well equipped with just about anything you would need. Beds were comfy and cozy. Would definitely book again when I go back to Albuquerque. Wonderful condo in the heart of Old Town. Extremely clean and well furnished in a quiet location. Nice place with a relaxing hot tub

Traveling with family, mother & 4 siblings so enough room for all. Nice set up to be able to cook on blackstone grill and eat out back on patio table in the warm evening.Only thing we saw that was not taken care of was two towels hanging in clothes closet that appeared to be used, along with wrapped leftover burger in fridge.

Great downtown-adjacent location with Southwest style!

My son and I took a day trip to Albuquerque and selected Casa de Kokopelli for its southwest charm. It didn't disappoint. Great SW flare as well as super convenient to the Old Town area 10-15 minute walk.The hot tub was an added bonus. We'd definitely stay again if we take another ABQ trip.

Mother’s Day weekend in Albuquerque

The townhouse was exactly as pictured. It was clean and neat and felt like home. The location was great just on the edge of old town and downtown, we could get everywhere easily. We had a car there are Great restaurants within walking distance too. Brody had everything there we needed. Excellent all around. We would absolutely stay here again if we are 3ver back in Albuquerque and will recommend it to family and friends.

Modern townhouse with traditional esthetic

This is a two-story townhouse with a back patio. The location is quiet residential area off of a busy commercial street. Great location! There are rules for checkout that you should consider before booking: they want you to strip the bed linens, take out the trash, and run the dishwasher. I'm sure this helps, but if you're rushing for the 10am checkout, it can be a chore.

Cozy Getaway

The property was very well maintained. It's centrally located, making it easy to get to all parts of town with ease. The kitchen was probably the best stocked with cookware and such that I've ever experienced. Hot tub was warm and inviting.

We were three single adults not sharing beds - no problem. Accommodation as advertised. Complementary bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Within walking distance of Old Town, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.
