Amazing Location steps from Historic Old Town, Museums and Restaurants

Incredible find! Location Location Location. Casa Pearla is a comfy, cozy private two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, two story townhouse with RARE two car garage located one street off Route 66 between historic Old Town and the gorgeous old Albuquerque Country Club area. Restaurants, shops and museums are less than a quarter mile away and the very popular food court in Sawmill is close too! About 1/2 mile West of Casa Pearla is our wonderful Albuquerque BioPark, Tingley Beach and the running/biking trails along the Bosque. Court houses, downtown, UNM and area hospitals are a quick 5 minute drive away.

Guests says Casa Pearla is their home away from home. The space is light-filled with stylish and comfortable furnishings, a smart TV, free WIFI, a well stocked kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher and refrigerator, a full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board with a half bathroom downstairs and a full sized private bathroom upstairs. Outside is a welcomining covered back patio, verdant side yard with roses bushes and a walled front court yard

Upstairs are the two bedrooms (1 queen/1 full) and full bath. The beds have luxury linens and memory foam mattresses that guests rave about! A great bonus is fabulous terrace off the second bedroom complete with a traditional hanging rista with little solar twinkle lights. The shared bathroom has a vanity with two sinks, a bathtub/shower combo and a large skylight that bathes the space in natural light. Soaps, shampoos and fluffy towels await and there is a hair dryer and even some first aid items too, just in case.

Often overlooked but so, so important comfort-wise is the air conditioning, I upgraded the air conditioning to central air instead of the common evaporative cooling that is still commonly used in Albuquerque (which necessitates cracking open a window to cool a room yikes! and can only lower temps by about 20-25 degrees). Another bonus at Casa Pearla is the two car garage. How convenient to be able to load and unload your luggage while keeping your belongings secure!.

Finally, it is important to me that my guests are comfortable while making many wonderful memories in Albuquerque staying at Casa Pearla. I invite you and look forward to the many return visitors and welcome new guests as well!

We truly loved our 3 week stay at Casa Perla. The condo is beautifully decorated with all the amenities necessary for a long stay. Perfect location for getting around all of Albuquerque and only a day trip to Taos and Santa Fe. We loved Old Town, especially Church St Cafe. Try the Prickly Pear Margarita! Thank you Alyce for being such a thoughtful host. We thoroughly enjoyed the wine, snacks and fresh flowers. Extra bonus an attached garage! We highly recommend

The welcome basket provided had everything we needed to launch our stay; coffee, snacks, etc. well supplied for everything including a wonderful fire pit all set up outside. Casa Pearla was PERFECT for our ABQ vacation. Its proximity to the central plaza in Old Town meant that great food, shops, and culture were just a walk away. The home itself was lovely. Hits the sweet spot along the price value axes. Well decorated, well appointed kitchen. Some really nice touches like excellent coffee, cookies provided, nice art and some good books……very welcoming. Great to be within walking distance of old town. I’ve been to ABQ five times, and this is the best place I’ve stayed. Would definitely book here again. Reasonable price, great value.

This home and the owner are one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed with. Home is very cozy and decorated really nice. Outdoor patio is a really nice bonus. The property was just as described. Check in/out process so super easy. Location for our particular trip was amazing. Within walking distance of everything. If we had to say anything for improvement it would be about cobwebs on lamps (I'm a big spider baby, and a few hairs on floor rugs in bathrooms.Would so come back and enjoy this lovely location again FOR SURE!Thank you to Alyce for the check in with us to make sure we didn't need anything. Alyce was a prompt and kind communicator. She thoughtfully left chips salsa limes, margaritas and alovely card with a rose from the garden.Casa Pearla was wonderfully decoratored, with art and textiles. It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were just right with plenty of linens for your exact comfort level. The temperature was conviently adjustable to suit our needs. Shower pressure was excellent (veryimportnat for the ladies).Cleanliness was top-notch. Linens and supplies were abundant. The couch and living room chairs were very comfortable and of higher quality. The outdoor living space was quaint and lush with an apple tree, lilacs, roses and ivy and soft outdoor lighting. Truly a garden oasis with three different seating areas and a fire pit. The location is easilyLocated to both major highways,Old Town and the airport.This was a wonderful place to stay and we will be returning again! Wonderful stay within a very short walk to Old Town, location was amazing! Great space, quiet and clean. Beds were comfy, good water pressure in shower. Kitchen was well equipped. Cozy living room space. Nice outdoor patio space. Great communication from host for check in and check out. Highly recommend High Noon for dinner, food was delicious and they have the BEST margaritas - freshly made, no yucky bottled mixes! Also, Church Street Cafe had an amazing breakfast, and I would think their dinner is fabulous as well. 10/10!

Wonderful home base - Just as described

We really enjoyed staying at Casa Pearla as our home base for exploring Albuquerque and taking a day trip to Santa Fe. Alyce is a terrific host. Wonderful vacation with a great location

Home was extremely comfortable with lots of space to relax. The location could not have been better- walked many places. Alyce left detailed instructions at the start and end of stay. Great stay in ABQ

We stayed 21 days at Casa Pearla and had a Great time in ABQ. Casa Pearla is as described on the VRBO site. The house was very clean and had nice towels in the master bath. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking including many spices. It is very close to Old Town and many of the restaurants. The beds were very comfortable with foam mattress and nice sheets. This is a very nice place to stay in ABQ and we will return for another visit.

Great home

Nice home close to many things we wanted to see and do. The garage is a really nice feature. An abandoned restaurant and a car wash across the street were disappointing but once inside it was another world. The neighborhood felt safe and was pretty quiet considering how close Central Ave is.
