The bed sheets were badly stained, and looked unwashed. A hole in the wall, windows did not lock and the front door latch had issues locking. We checked in, looked at the conditions and did not stay. We rebooked at another hotel. Charging $175/night for a hotel in that condition and not being clean is unaccetable

Long wait to check in (20 minutes with only one person ahead). Non-smoking room wreaked of smoke. Room had stains and microwave was dirty. Room hadn’t even been dusted. Overall big disappointment.

Upon entering the grassy area, a couch is immediately visible, prompting an inquiry into the nature of the accommodations. While the surface appears clean, a deeper level of cleaning is evidently lacking. Our suite included a pull-out sofa bed, which unfortunately exhibited significant staining. Furthermore, the limited space made deploying the sofa bed impractical. The provided beds were full-sized rather than queen-sized, potentially leading to discomfort for two occupants. Considering the nightly rate of $220, the value proposition warrants further evaluation.

We needed bubbly water for an acute upset stomach, but the vending machine was broken. The nearest open drugstore (for alka-seltzer) meant getting into a car in the middle of the night. When we turned on the tap in the wee hours, all we got coming out of the pipes for 10 minutes was air. The folks running the desk did not behave as though they had the authority or knowledge to explain or help resolve these problems. All this was disappointing. That said, the room was clean & well prepared and the location felt safe. But I guess, bring your own snacks & meds & comfort items, as you won't find them on site.

Some one else’s food in the refrigerator. Are you kidding? Adjacent room that has “visitors” come in for loud 30 minute “interactions” in the middle of the night.Short enought to not turn off the car or the head lights. No worries though. Do not disturb sign out as sun comes up. An adjacent Stewart’s shop that has some women “looking for work” right behind the store from sundown to sun rise. I thought they only made movies about such places. I never really thought they really existed.

: The staff were very nice and polite, but it seemed like they were not very knowledgeable — almost as if the person helping me had just been hired and hadn’t received proper hospitality training yet. There was no sense of urgency with the service. The vending machine was out of order, and it would have been helpful if they had mentioned that there’s a convenience store right next door where I could buy water and snacks. I also had to check into two rooms because both rooms smelled like smoke. The final room was clean, and I appreciated the friendliness, but I think the motel could improve training for new staff and provide guests with better information about amenities and alternatives when something isn’t working.

Stayed for 1 night basically to sleep. I got a quick workout in the gym, which was small, but usable. The pool was small, but again, seemed okay and usable. I stayed in what I assume is the older building of the property. It was nothing special, but nothing really bad. For $100-ish and for 1 night, it served its purpose.

Location was horrible, off the beaten path. Very limited staff. VERY SKETCHY area with sketchy people staying at the hotel. Felt very uncomfortable at the pool with my children. Those pretending to use the weight room made us very uneasy. Tried calling feomt desk, no answer. Also cleanliness of hotel and room was very questionable. Steong chemical.smells and dorty sheets. We will not be back again.

If you Need a Place

Altogether a 5 rating out of 10. They are nice staff however. Semi clean rooms. Lots of workers hanging outside and 1 trucker was a bit too friendly. Had to go down 5 mins to Dunkin for a better breakfast. Shower celing was gross. But we slept well. It served its purpose. Needed to be in the area for work. Car was safe . No wake up calls available. Again, the staff was very kind. Thats important. Place seems old as many are for the reasonable price. Room was decorated nicely. Pool and exercise room are good. But location was concerning, anyone can walk in and if you're a female alone, keep alert. Enough said.
