Second time staying at this hotel and again very happy with our stay. Even though Booking.com messed up the booking this time we arrived & were told our booking wasn’t for another couple weeks, but with the help of the staff at park inn they fixed it for us promptly. Even gave us a complimentary drink each while they prepared our room. The first time we stayed here we had a larger room that had both a bath and shower which was a lot nicer but we did appreciate the last minute room we were given. Hotel at reception and bar area is very modern and fresh. Local to everything. Comfortable rooms and you are allowed to order takeaways to your room although they do offer great room service too. Staff are friendly and helpful will visit again real soon

Don’t accept room 507 you won’t sleep atoll the mattresses were rock hard 😡 restaurant staff were nice, polite and well presented unlike the reception gentlemen who’s shirt was very untidy. Won’t stay here again

Stayed for one night through 3rd party offer B&B.£49 . Good value don’t think I’d pay £109 website price. Rooms nice and clean. Large comfortable beds but pillows were very uncomfortable. Good choice self service breakfast. Would stay again depending on cost.

A typical business hotel in Aberdeen but is clean, tidy, with well appointed rooms and breakfast is a wide range and reasonably appointed. Front desk staff are polite, welcoming and helpful. Reasonable gym and handy city centre location.

I find myself in a twin bedded room on the 4th floor. I am on one of the single beds which is so lumpy that it's like lying on a cobbled street. In a vain attempt to find out if there's anything I can do to alleviate the lumps, I pull back the sheets to look at the mattress, as if a firm glare will solve the problem. Mistake. I realise they have been misssing a mattress and have gone down to the local tip to find one that was last seen being used on the set of Trainspotting. To their credit, they did move me at 11pm when I said I couldn't sleep in squalid conditions. But still...a modern chain of hotels expecting paying customers to sleep on this? Unacceptable. Somebody has taken their eye off the ball. Just to add insult to injury it was my birthday...

Uncluttered and up to date Aberdeen city hotel, excellent Radisson service, fairly priced, handy car park and close to all required city centre amenities. Quiet and peaceful with an atmosphere of contentment!

Five of us stayed overnight in a few rooms ,the rooms were well equipped , clean and very comfortable bed. Only gripe no biscuit for a cuppa. We had breakfast included and it was varied and plentiful pleasant staff in the restaurant too.

The location was ideal for the purposes of my visit. Amenities were as I've come to expect from this group. Meals taken were of high quality as was the front of door service. Parking facilities while not the hotel's own are directly beneath the hotel with ease of access from the internal lifts. Overall a great shot stay this time.

My experience with this hotel was dissapointing. The towels are not changed every day, the breakfast is the same every single day, the ac is making noise all night long. The only good thing is the location.

I arrived at the Park Inn in mid afternoon and received a warm welcome from Ruta on Reception who checked me into my room on the 6th Floor. The room was well appointed and extremely comfortable for my overnight stay. The room had a safe and also a Nespresso machine. The ensuite did not have a bath but included a separate shower cubicle. That evening I had a most enjoyable meal in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is conveniently located for everything in the city centre and just a few minutes from both the railway station and bus station. We have stayed at the Park Inn on several occasions in the past and have always enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Park Inn to anyone visiting the city for either business or leisure.
