"Very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.
At check-in, I was assured that my room was an “Ocean View with King Size Bed.” In reality, to actually see the ocean, I practically had to lean half of my body outside the balcony. This was clearly a partial ocean view, not what was advertised, and felt very misleading.
The valet service was also unacceptable, with wait times of no less than two hours just to get the car.
The hotel hallways constantly smelled like marijuana, creating an unpleasant atmosphere throughout the property.
The bars and restaurants were completely overwhelmed. Waiting 30 minutes for a drink and over an hour for food became the norm.
On top of that, it seemed like most people using the pool area were not actual hotel guests since many were not wearing guest wristbands. The pool was overcrowded at all times, making it impossible to relax or enjoy the facilities.
Considering the price and reputation of this hotel, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. There are definitely much better hotel options available."
