Novotel was good , I stayed for 5 nights. It’s not bad. I wasn ’t expecting high class luxury anyways, what you pay is what you get. They can improve on breakfast environment. The dining area definitely needs an upgrade.

The shower was dirty, the bedding wasn't made properly and there was just a general uncleanliness to the place. But the worse crime is, it is called Ibis budget Brisbane AIRPORT but it was a $30 taxi ride from the airport. In fairness, the staff were nice, friendly and helpful.

This is what I would expect from a 3 maybe star place. Pay for towels, old, no dining options etc, not enough BBQs. Stairs to everywhere etc. quite a few pools - ok. Activities more geared to younger kids not 9 and above other than swimming. Would choose somewhere else next time.
