Mouse had been in the room. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Door had a crack large enough for said mice to run in and out from under freely. Clean otherwise. The stairs and railings are literally falling apart. So safety is not a top concern here.

Air conditioner was an after the fact install, very loud and room was to warm to turn off. No hot water, called front desk, no phone in room, front desk said they would check on it, 3 days later still waiting to hear back. Turns out it takes 20 minutes for hot water to show up at the room.
