Room cards are getting erased from some of the security systems in gatlinburg! Staff members reloaded it after each trip back to the room! They told us about the problem when we checked in. Very good staff members and very helpful!!

The hotel is a wonderful place to stay at for families. Very close to downtown and excellent for parking and walking to the city center. Will definitely stay there again.
