Flights Review

Feb 18, 2020

The captain was great

Jan 31, 2020

Was very pleased

Jan 4, 2020

No USB ports on the flight from ORD to LAX

Jan 3, 2020

The United staff in PIA was not prepared. Our flight was delayed more than initially said. Caused several people to have close connections including us. We had a mere 15 minutes to get to our gate when to start with we had over and hour layover. It was not pleasant to huddle that much in the Chicago airport. My husband and I are in our mid to late 60’s. We made it to the gate but only with a few minutes to spare.

Aug 22, 2019

Just didn’t like the fact that we had selected the departure time four months ago and then had it moved to an hour later within the last week

Jul 3, 2019

This was for flight we ended up on 8 hours later. Original flight was cancelled

Dec 25, 2018

Didn’t get my drivers license back after the screening.

Oct 31, 2018

Yes why do you always let people have 3&4 carry on bags then the rest of us that have 1 carry on bag then it has to be checked

Apr 26, 2018

The guy that was a flight attendant in my flight was just so helpful. It was my 4 months baby and I and he was always asking if I needed something or help me carry him while I got something from the diaper bag

Feb 17, 2018

Bill and Bonnie were great on my flight to Puerto Vallarta
