My knees were crammed into the seat in front of me, especially when the person leaned their seat back. Please do away with reclining seats.

FYI I don’t use WiFi or entertainment so maybe there should be a N/A option in your survey.

I was shown terminal b on my boarding pass to Kansas City but it was changed to terminal a without getting a message . The monitors did not show my flight where I looked so it was very exhausting. I will take my blame for not checking with staff when I landed from Tri-Cities. Please tell me by text if there’s a change. I also would have liked to choose my seat at check in but it worked our wonderful!!

So far a great experience

Baggage fees are too high. No smoking area in airport. You can find places to drink alcohol but smokers need accomadation as well. I don't want to get drunk, I want a ciggie.

I can't believe how small the seat was. As someone who had a blood clot in my leg after a long flight, I feel that the airlines should be required to consider health and safety over profits.

No beverage service, and so far having to wait to get a seat on the flight from ATLbis a joke.
