Flights Review

First time flying with Hawaiian Airlines & they definitely know how to make your flight as comfortable as they can. Make sure to download their app before you get on the plane to be able to have entertainment. The flight included two rounds of drinks, one snack run, meal run, & coffee/tea run. On route there they also offered complimentary alcoholic "Hawaiian punch". Definitely recommend & would book again.

Filing a claim at the end was HORRIBLE though!! They broke two cup holders out of our stroller and no one put them back in so our stroller is ruined there. We had 3 flights. The second one said to file claim at final destination. Final destination said they had no idea why that would be said and took 30 minutes to file a claim because they wanted to help their “customers” behind us even though we had waited in line for our turn just like them. Then she didn’t even give us a reference number so who knows if it even got claimed. I sent an email immediately but based on customer service then my hopes are not very high for getting help

Seats on all airlines too tight. Excess fees for more space. US airlines are becoming cattle cars. Will try European airlines if able to make flights I need.

Free food and a complimentary cocktail made this flight nice and easy. Having to pay for entertainment options was not that great but at least it was not too expensive. The best thing was my family and I were able to sit together. That should not be so hard but initially they wanted to charge us to reserve seats. Luckily I got a nice person online who made it work out although he did initially say there were no seats available, after asking a few more times suddenly a row opened up.

The entertainment ie the headphone jack didn’t work and they ran out of headphones. I upgraded to first class and was told I would be slowed in the First class lounge but when i got there they said I couldn’t us the lounge with that flight. As my flight was 4 hours delayed it was the reason I upgraded in the first place I was considerably bummed
