Dec 28, 2019

My seat cushion was broken so I was in discomfort the entire flight. I informed the staff and they attempted to repair, but It was only temporary. The discomfort wasn’t fully repaired and it reverted back to being uncomfortable.

I loved the comfortable seats and wide space. I also liked the option of watching tv programs. I didn't like being charged for the meals or the luggage.
