Dec 1, 2019

Outstanding ticket agent. Made over the top effort to allow my husband and I to sit together on our long flight. Food pretty mediocre.

Oct 3, 2019

The TSA agent in Providence groped and touched me inappropriately and for no reason. The plane was FREEZING and I was cold the entire trip. The flight was ok other than being freezing.

Stewardess was very pleasant and extremely calm and helpful for the many passengers who. Had tight or missed connections due to the almost hour delay before takeoff.

Sep 10, 2019

American outbound much better than United return for same price, mostly over the carry on provisions. Will stick with American in the future

Overall happy, but disappointed had to pay for my check in luggage and if I wanted any food it was also an additional charge. A very long flight for them not to offer free food.

There was a delay due to a freeze in the water system. They kept us informed and it only delayed us 35 minutes.
