My flight from docs was late and the connection to stl was ready with passengers on board , I was nervous but the staff at the gate were calm and that helped me settled and I found my pass and walked in .

Because I purchased my ticket through Orbitz I was designated last boarding group #9! $30 too much for baggage fees. Flight went smoothly, it was on time, I paid for my seat during one leg of the flights.

Aug 10, 2018

It was quite obvious that my flight from DCA to St Louis was going to be cancelled. I wish such information is relayed much more quickly so that we can setup alternative plans. Also, the AA website can be improved in terms of choosing alternative flights after a cancelled flight. Overall, I am happy with the service and I have no problem choosing AA in the future

Aug 8, 2018

The one negative was my seat was extremely cramped, in part because the seats are too close together and in part because the person in the adjoining seat was overly large. The seat would have been intolerable on a longer flight.

Seats very uncomfortable. Awful
