Much better than flight down on Frontier that has less leg room smaller seats and no snacks or drinks. Free carry on too.

Mar 3, 2020

Only problem was that inflight WiFi was down.

Feb 20, 2020

I don’t know if I would use the happy happy face or the sad face. How about a 😑 face ? You get what you pay for.

Feb 19, 2020

Will definitely travel frontier again.

Jan 28, 2020

Yes. I have an American Airlines credit card and I had to pay for my checked bag. I tried to make my reservation on the AA site, but I had so much trouble with (this has happened multiple times before!) it that I went to Orbitz to finish it. I wasted a lot of time on your website over the years. I wish you would revamp it and make it clearer. I input all the information and it would not finish the transaction.

Jan 22, 2020

Disappointed that there was no TV screen and no movies.

Jan 16, 2020

If I could fly American Airlines every trip I would do it in a heartbeat !!

Dec 14, 2019

Very friendly at Phoenix airport. Relaxed atmosphere rather than intense. Liked that a lot!!

Nov 15, 2019

I liked the entertainment and I really liked the text to let me know my next gate and time to get there. Great.
