Keep up the good work

Children should not be allowed in window seats for safety and tranquility of the passengers trying to sleep during a trans-atlantic flight!

The bathroom was GROSS. I would like for the floor to be cleaned mid flight. Also, the food was sub par compared to other airlines I’ve flown. All in all, staff were very friendly and helpful and the plane was super nice and modern which was appreciated. Our flight to Europe was very very warm and uncomfortable but today’s return flight was fine.

Excellent services

The crew at the plane was outstanding and super friendly. Love them!

Aug 5, 2018

Although service during the flight was great, the order in which they called the passengers to board was very disorganized. Aside from the difficulty of the Madrid/Barajas Airport, the crew opened both ends of the plane and people were just shuffling inside. Passengers assigned ti the first rows were boarded through the back of the plane and viceversa.
