excellent price, friendly service, on-time flights.
The pilot was rude to the gate staff and people queued to board.....unnecessary. Would not fly with him by choice.
Could improve timeliness at baggage claim, took over 40 min to get luggage at Tucson baggage claim. Otherwise no complaints, flights were on time,
My first flight from DSM to Denver, there was a couple issue with leaving on time. And piolt was very poliet and communicated with the whole plane what was going on and the flight attendants kept us informed all the if we would catch flights and who need to get off first. Super helpful On the 2nd flight from Denver to Tuscon, there was another passenger with medical issue and all the flight attendants worked to take care of her, they did a great job
Due to the bad weather, gate was changed 2 times and we Also had a later departure but arrived safely....
Efficient check in at DIA on a very busy day.
