Way too many senseless delays.

Oct 3, 2018

American Airlines Changed gates twice within a very short time. Luckily we arrived in plenty of time.

Sep 27, 2018

Not happy with the airlines increase for checked baggage.. A round-trip will cost me $60.00 just for my bag.

Sep 21, 2018

Although my flight was delayed nearly 3 hours and we were stuck on the plane the whole time we were kept informed in a timely fashion and were allowed to move around, use the facilities and given drinks. It was frustrating but thepeople around me kept us laugjing and we eventually got here. Certainly not ideal but not a horror story either.

Good improvements all around! Good job!

Aug 27, 2018

The super saver fares are only possible with ridicules cuts and I,m expecting pay toilets and the baggage allowance is crazy. The restrictions are not posted until you commit to purchase the tickets.

Male fl. att. sprayed deodorizer before dep. from DFW & had rows 20 to back coughing. I’ve been ill ever since then.

Jun 13, 2018

No delays, no problems, on time and I'll fly American again!

May 14, 2018

I like the fact that everyone was nice on the plane. They start on time and end on time. Overall American Airlines did a wonderful job. I will fly on American A. Again. Thanks for a great service.
