The staff were super nice especially the lady at the front desk and the lady around the cocktail area. The hotel was nice and clean with a nice view it was walkable to Icon park and restaurants. Will stay there again.

This was our 3rd stay here and Miguel at check in was amazing and thorough! His customer service was top notch!
I had to give 4 stars this time due to the room smelling like cigarette smoke. I did let them know and they sent a housekeeper to spray a deodorizer but it didn’t help.

Older hotel building that has been remodeled but still feels dated, room was clean. No complimentary breakfast or coffee. I’d stay somewhere else there are plenty of hotel options in Orlando at the same price range that offer free breakfast.
