There was garbage in the AC unit, holes in the wall, mattress was filthy. After speaking to someone they said to call back wheb the manager got in. Called back and the manager wasnt there. Then the guy in the evening was super nice moved rooms and apologized

The staff were all very friendly and accomodating, unfortunately the large spa tubs had a lot of build up around the jets and the shower did not drain well. There were also a significant amount of bugs between our screen and window, so we could not open it.

My stay at Chalet Motel Mequon was modest and comfortable but it’s true that you get what you pay for. Affordable rates but overall it’s a little run down. The first room was pretty loud and a little dirty. I was moved to another room that was quieter but the thermostat controls were stuck. I give 5 stars for management though. They were really helpful and did what they could to remedy the issues. There is a nice restaurant right next door and it felt safe.
