The room was not cleaned until the last day before I left. Dirty damp towels not picked up in the bathroom were replaced. Toilet tissue was all gone, and I had to call the front desk to get more. Garbage cans were not emptied where there was banner and other fruit items thrown in it and there was very little handicap parking spaces in the front of the building. I am handicapped and I had to park to the back of the building go to the corner entrance and then walk almost more than halfway through the first floor to get to the elevator. It was a terrible inconvenience. Upon making request about the room, not being clean I was told by the front desk that a manager would talk to me and I never met him. Never heard from him nor got a call from him to me. This is very poor.

The front desk is friendly. Coffee in the lobby and coffee maker in the room are convenient. We had an extended stay of 9 days. What I didn’t like was the room wasn’t cleaned every day, in fact, on the fifth day I had to call and all they did for me was new towels and remove trash. I had to wait for 6th day to have the sheets changed. The time for cleaners varied so on the few times they stopped in, it was not convenient for us. Some things did not function. The message light on the phone was constantly on so I finally unplugged the phone. One of the elevators did not work for part of the stay. On the last day, the showers wavered from hot to warm water. It was ok, just not great stay

I was pleasantly surprised with this property; I was unaware of their recent renovation and I just want to say that they did an amazing job! The photos online are of the old accommodations so when I arrived at my room I was excited to enjoy the new digs. Modern fixtures and decor made the room feel so classy and comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Upon arrival in my room , I noticed a smell from under the kitchen sink area , I discovered a large pile of garbage ( rotting food, and trash ) over flowing the trash can . A front desk clerk responded as it was almost 10:30 pm and had to remove the rotten food and trash. She took photos and told me she would let house keeping know about this. I was offered a free snack from down stairs pantry. My 3 night stay was great after that.

I feel like the shower wasn’t cleaned… no soap, which the type of container maybe it was just a misstep, but there was a toothbrush left on one of the trays in the shower. Gross!!

My only complaint: here you are in walking distance (15 minutes) to the Med School but I had to walk there on streets, thru parking garages etc. Couldn't there be a nice walking path? Apart from the route, I had a most pleasant walk this morning.
