Pool area: Hot tub water disgusting. Could not even see my foot at the bottom because the water had a tan tint to it. Barely hot. Not stained pool, just dirty water. Paint peeling from walls above pool.
Room: Door stuck. Light missing shade and bulb. AC was iced over even though it was off. When turned on, the unit sounded horrible as if a motor bearing was failing. So, no AC control at all. The TV was set to an unusable configuration. The bathroom light was a void in the ceiling with a bulb. The toilet paper holder was loose in the wall and had to be pushed back in after any use. The bathtub over drain was ajar and stuffed with paper. The beds were brutally stiff and the blanket was as thin as the sheet. The rug was beyond stained, and looked it had gum or glue patches on/in the carpeting.
Exterior and staff: Cracks in the pillars by the lobby, Dismal feeling and even more disappointing response from the staff when the hot tub issue was raised. I didn't bother to raise any other concerns after the all I got after asking what was wrong with the water was, "you can leave the towels right there". As in, on the counter.
