I had called to get clarification on a room-was told the room I was reserving had a king bed and a pull out couch. Got there and it did not in fact have a pull out couch. I’d the person on the phone didn’t know-which was the excuse I was given-they should have asked! We were unable to change our room because of booking on Orbitz. Refrigerator was unusable due to the seal being ripped off and not sealing. Questionable red fluid on the base of toilet. Only hot water in the bathroom sink-ever. Brush your teeth with hot water? Coffee mark on kitchenette counter-we don’t make coffee. Overall very disappointed. I was in town to see to a family member for probably the last time-from over 10 hours away. We did not need the added stress of a sub-par hotel. I will not be staying at this hotel again, nor this brand.

Stayed a few nights. Great amenities to unwind with. Decent place. Both front desk gals I encountered were super nice. Ebony (overnight), front desk rep was so warm, welcoming, accompanying. You dont always get such great hospitality. Thanks for being kind to my daughters and I.

The toom was very spacious, great for a family to stay in. The check in desk had the friendliest ladies. My only mark down was the quality of the room needing some more up keep.

Could hear the highway and bar next door but the room was set up perfect for our needs. Bedding was comfortable. Elevator stunk pretty bad like mildew. Bathroom door was dirty and had dog scratches. Shower head and water pressure were disappointing.
