This is probably the most amazing hotel i have stayed at when it comes to breakfast. They really go out of their way. Its worth the money. The rooms are really big. Clean and nice. They need to update a couple of things but i am sure they will do that when the time comes. Really nice. Folks were very nice too.
Good space in rooms, easy to park and get into, and out of the way of many things which is nice. Our room was oddly humid, even though it wasn't that hot outside. Not sure what that was about. Otherwise a great stay.
This is a fairly standard hotel, but I have stayed in much worse locations for much more money. Stayed here for a weekend. Lots of parking, room was clean, hotel was quiet, beds very comfortable. The pillows were so nice I ordered some for myself at home. Plus, the location, just 5 minutes from the airport and close to a Target and restaurants is hard to beat. Breakfast is pretty standard, DIY waffles, so eggs, whole fruits, ect. If you are vegetarian, protein options are a bit limited. Staff were friendly enough, although it took at few minutes to round someone up for my 4am checkout.
stayed here with my family on a recent visit to Wichita, didn't find any issues as outlined by some reviewers, rooms were clean and nice, hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. the hotel is close to the main airport and is also near to many restaurants. I don't see any reason not to come and stay here again.
My husband and I frequently stay at Comfort Suites and this was our third hotel in the chain during our week-long vacation. First for the good: the staff is very friendly and attentive, the facility appears to be clean and the breakfast is similar to what we get at other Comfort Suites (hot eggs and a meat and various cold items). The not so good: our room was incredibly damp. When we checked in, the window in the 2nd floor hallway was open (in August!) so we attributed the humidity in our room to that. The AC was running like mad to keep the room cool. The comforter on the bed looked like it had tennis balls under it. (It appeared to have been laundered incorrectly and all the non-down fill was clumped together in balls. BUT, it was clean!) Now the bad: the room reeked of mildew. It was awful. The front desk worker offered us a different room (staff is just great) but, although the smell was better, the AC in the other rooms did not seem to function well. In August, we opted for cool and stayed in our original room. Should we visit Wichita again, we will probably pursue a different hotel although we have had great experiences at other hotels in this chain.
Enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfy enough. Breakfast was decent. Indoor pool was enjoyable considering it was very cool out. Guest services was cordial and polite. Had no issues at alll.
Daughter's flight changed as plane trouble unloaded passengers after an Hour. Switched from 5:00 pm to 11:00 am so in a rainstorm headed for hotel. Comfort Inn Suites was just minutes away from airport. Suite handled three of us easily with fine accommodations. Relaxed with a couple of Dinkle Rye and 7-ups while women watched HGTV couple buying million dollar home in Pittsburgh. Breakfast hot and cold with even biscuit sandwiches.
Very clean & comfortable room, with good hot breakfast. Wonderful staff. We stayed 4 nights for my niece's wedding. Several guests at the wedding stayed here, too. The room is spacious & clean. I appreciated it being a "Green" hotel -- towels will be replaced on 3rd day, unless guest requests sooner. The hot breakfast was simple but the lady who was there every morning was very pleasant & made sure every thing was well supplied. we looked forward to it daily. We had a nice afternoon in the pool and hot tub. Nice touch -- there was a rolled towel placed on each table & lounge chair in the pool room. Several restaurants within walking distance (& movie theatre). Staff was very helpful & friendly. The shuttle service was much appreciated. We were picked up at airport after 9pm. We got picked up at Enterprise when we returned car & it was closing so we couldn't get a ride back from the car rental to the hotel (so we had to place a last minute call to hotel to get a ride back). And they made several trips to shuttle the guests who stayed here to and from my niece's wedding at the Stadium (until midnight). That was truly appreciated by everyone! It was very thoughtful of management to place a sign asking guests to be mindful of the mother Canada goose that was nesting at the side of the hotel, in the landscaping. And it was nice to end the stay by being able to do our laundry for free. Clean clothes to pack!
This is a very nice, clean and comfortable property. Beds very nice with enough pillows to make your rest better. The front desk personnel are pleasant and helpful. There's a snack room off the lobby for incidentals and food items. Morning breakfast was good with limited variety. Enough to get you through. Close to restaurants, movie theaters and the airport.
My house had flooding and I was only supposed to stay 1 day but turned out I was going to need more. They immediately changed it and made sure I did not have to move rooms. They were very friendly and made thus stay a comfortable one. The room was cozy and comfortable.
