Clean and large room. Very comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely come back for a much longer stay!!

We encountered a number small glitches- beginning with the challenge for find someone (among the four lounging behind the counter) to check in with. That night, we were not able to contact the shuttle- either directly or thru the hotel operator- when it was time to return to the hotel, and so started walking at 10:00PM. Dinner proved a challenge- first getting thru the fellow at the welcome podium who hadn't taken down the closed sign and was more interested in doing his paper work; he spoofed us, I guess by not giving us all the menus with available food- meaning we ordered things other than what we wanted. Getting our server's attention proved challenging- even when it came to paying our bill. Our room was an accessible-friendly room (had either us of been in a wheelchair, it was have been appropriate). Any kind of a change would have cost us an extra $30. Parking was a pain- and a long walk; the lot to which we were directed had many trucks and truck carriers that each took up 2-4 spaces. and was nearly full. The hotel parking garage would meant an extra charge- which hadn't happened before. . All in all- nothing really major- just not what we expected or have been used to in the past.

Well situated. Nice decor. Comfortable bedding. Pool and hot tubs are great, but need some maintenance.

great experience except for toilet kept clogging up.

A two night stay during the week was our itinerary. Upon check-in we were told that we could not receive an AARP discount due to not booking with hotel directly. We had booked thru Orbits to get the lowest discount we could find. This was disappointing. The first night was great. Bed was comfortable, nice pillows. Breakfast buffet next morning, typical fare provided. Second night our alarm clock went off at 5am without being set. Had to call front desk to have someone turn it off after we tried for 30 minutes to no avail. Overall fairly expensive for a "decent hotel".

We stayed here a year ago and had excellent service. This time however was different, the shuttle took us to the concert at the intrust arena down the street and when the concert was over we called for a ride back and the shuttle stopped at 10:30, you would have thought you would mention that when you dropped us off. I was then informed the hours were recently shortened a couple of weeks prior. Even more reason they should have mentioned it! After we found a ride back the restaurant in the hotel was full and those hours had been extended to midnight, just seems odd the shuttle wouldn't run later, or at least late enough to accommodate such a large venue. One of the main reasons I chose to stay here again was because they were so helpful last time with the shuttle and stayed open late so we could get food at the restaurant. Next time I will look at a different hotel.

Got there at 11 AM and let us check in early. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Good breakfast.

trains could be heard throughout the night. one of the valet guys was a bit rude. the other staff were very friendly. room was clean.

Very clean , comfort ,friendly and nice service Staff very nice and helpful. Food is delicious and fresh. It better than some of the 5 stars hotels . I used to stay there everything I go to Whichita.

I like the facilities, the pool the large fitness area the bar and restraunt ets

We stayed at the Hyatt on our Wedding Night. The place was very nice and the breakfast the next morning was delicious.

Went to visit my daughter at Friends University. Loved the accommodations and the short distance to her school. Beautiful scenic river walk.

The staff was helpful and very professional! Very accommodating!

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great- able to find something to eat even on a strict diet. Only drawback was parking , better off doing valet unless you like walk a long ways.

Parking was nearby. Valet parking was offered Check in was a breeze. We ate at the hotel restaurant. Food was good. Menu was small ANC price was high. Rooms were average size and comfort. Bathroom was bigger and nice. Overall was good if you want all the amenities. Otherwise you can find just as good a stay for half price

the staff is friendly, courteous, and they are empowered to FIX problems. I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved the hotel!!! The shuttle took us into old town for the art show, no charge. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Great weekend get away.
