Beautiful property and the staff was incredible! The area seems a bit rough but overall parking was safe and with the great bar and the restaurant, theres no need to leave the hotel.

Doors are horribly loud. Front desk person didn’t tell me my room number when I checked in and didn’t write it on the envelopes that my room keys were in despite there being a space specifically for that information. Had to call twice to add one person to the room because the first time I guess the employee just didn’t do it right. Had to call multiple times and talk to multiple employees to finally get one who was willing to help me get someone checked in because a flight was delayed and they didn’t have a credit card to use for the safety deposit. Most of them would just tell me there was nothing that could be done but obviously that wasn’t true they just didn’t care to try or find out. All it took was me giving my credit card info over the phone, even though a good three other people told me I couldn’t do that well. Yes I could, you just didn’t want to put in any effort. So it’s a real hassle trying to get checked in anyway, and it’s even worse if you have delays in flights and other things you can’t control.

We arrived at check in time and our room was not ready. We checked back as told an hour later and was once again told that there was no ready room. It was clear that the first lady had not communicated our needs to the next one that we dealt with, cause she did not have a clue and could not find a ready room. We became very frustrated and upset at this treatment and all the sudden she found two ready rooms for us to choose from??? We asked to be comped for all the inconvenience so she offered us a free breakfast but failed to notify the food service people so when we called down for breakfast from room service they had NO record of us receiving a free meal. The one good helper was the lady from the kitchen who had to straighten everything out... which she did. The pool was crowded and dirty. One of the two hot tubs was empty, and the other did not have any jets that worked. We parked out side in the free parking...thanks alot Hyatt... we really enjoyed walking through the rain... but we weren't going to pay $10 so our car could be safe. A really bad experience with people that seemed totally indifferent to our needs.

From minute one my experience was great. The young woman that checked me in was pleasant, warm and incredibly helpful. I stopped to have an appetizer in the bar before the restaurant opened and everyone was wonderful. I ended up just staying and ordering from the waitress- she was awesome too. I will be traveling there for business frequently and could easily make this a home away from home.
