Late arrival, no problems with check in.

The property had a deposit that they said would come back at the end of my stay. My card was charged fo full price plus deposit and they stated i would be waiting almost a week for the deposit to appear back in my account.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean

No hot water to take a shower and pool heater was broke so that was a bust also.

Really nice hotel, outside temp was -2° but my husband and I were chilling in the pool, water was warm and clean. It was really nice! Not much variety for breakfast, great view from breakfast floor (6th) they should do something to clean the parking when ice.

My family checked in and the hotel said they were out of towels. Finally, staff was able to provide more towels. When my sister used a new "fresh" towel, the towel had blood spots all over it. When she let staff know about the towel, there was no concern or apology. Disappointing hotel, even for the price.

Easy checkin, friendly agent. Room was clean and bright. Bathroom good except needed some repair to the tiles surrounding the shower. Breakfast wasn't exactly a gourmet meal but decent and plentiful food. Good hotel value.

We have frequented this facility since it was La quinta Inn and generally have been pleased with the value of our stay. Unfortunately, this stay with Red Roof Inn was disappointing. While the facility remains clean and the price remained reasonable, they were terribly understaffed and led to our checkin time behind 2 hours later than expected. We were told that our room would be ready by 5, and even coming back a bit after 5, our room was still not ready to be checked into. I believe that once they get up and running and hire more personnel, things will improve. Sadly, this stay was disappointing for my opinion on Red Roof Inn. Wishing it was LQ again.

The hotel is located perfectly between interstate exits-near restaurants, malls, and other hot spots. PET FRIENDLY AT NO ADDITIONAL COSTS!!!

I apologize Lisa if there was any confusion on our holds. They are released the day you check out, pending inspection. Depending on the day you check out, your card company will not receive it until the next business day, and it is up to them how long until they release it. Typically it is 3-5 buisniss days.

Thank you for posting. We apologize that our pool heater was not working for about 48 hours while we waited on a part. We were also saddened that the temperature of the water got down to about 77 degrees when we usually keep it at about 82. In regards to the shower, a plumber working next door did mistakenly shut off our water. By the time we found out, our building had drained. It was off for only about 1 hour, but it did take some time after that for it to fill back up and hot water to again fill the lines. These kinds of things are rare, and we are so sorry that both had to happen during your stay with us.

Please accept partial responsibility. We were holding a King room for one adult, as you booked. When you arrived with 3 adults and 2 pets, it was unexpected. At our end of things, however, our staff member will receive additional coaching on how he could have better handled this with a solution to better accommodate your needs.
