Very close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was very helpful with instructions to get to the hotel with the construction near by and other locations that were on my schedule. Breakfast was great...I'll definately stay again

Quick trip to drop my son off at Air Force base. Didn't plan ahead. Trusted the reviews on Orbitz and booked the room. Motel and room exceeded my expectation. Will use this motel when we come back for a visit and can stay awhile.

we checked in pretty late since we drive during the night from texas to witchita. we were marked as no shows but were checked in still when we did show up. when we got to our room, it was a nice surprise to see how spacious it was. the room had high ceilings and the bathroom was very big. the shower ran great with hot water that didnt run out. the floors are tiles so it was pretty cold to step on. there's a hidden closet behind the mirror which was quite clever. the bed was comfortable to sleep in. breakfast was provided from 6-9am everyday and even through the weekend. it would have been nice to have the hrs later like other hotels would do. there's bisciuts, gravey, sausages, eggs, potatoes, toast, mini muffins, danishes, english muffins, apple juice, orange juice, coffee, water, milk, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, butter, peanut butter and jam available. seating was very clean. the indoor pool looked really nice also. we only stayed one night but was an enjoyable night spent. the roadway to the hotel off 35 was full of construction though, so be safe and cautious getting there. also, the door to the room had a very high gap, probably about 2 inches, so you can hear everything in the hallway. trying to get some sleep during the morning into the afternoon was interrupted quite a bit by housekeeping going into nearby rooms and other guests being a bit loud in the hallway. we requested a late checkout and the latest could be 1pm. we're not sure if we were charged or not.

Very good facility. Very Helpful staff. It has a great location. Rooms very kept well and Breakfast was very good.

The front desk staff was terrific. The food was great! The room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Moving from Houston to Denver and stayed at this hotel. It was very conveniently located and very nice for the price.

We needed to stopover in Witchita on the way to Iowa. This hotel was perfect, just 2 minutes off I-35 and located near some restaurants. The indoor pool was good and the room size and cleanliness was good. The only negative thing to say is that the reservation gave the option for a crib, but at the hotel it was a pack-n-play instead of a full size crib.

We found the hotel very comfortable, clean and convenient

While this hotel may not look appealing on the outside the inside is terrific. The new remodeling offers fresh and clean room with current decorating. A full breakfast gave us a great start to the day.

This hotel is right next door to a motel 6. Signs throughout the hotel state - take valuables with you when you leave your room - Hotel not responsible for loss. The breakfast was more or less what I expected - however - the breakfast room was large and clean. The food was refilled promptly. One employee was more than a little pompos and was incorrect in the information he supplied to me regaring the channel guide for the TV. He stated that all channel guides has been ordered removed from the rooms and he has done that. The only option regarding channel guides was a photoc copy - I talked with other guests they had channel guide in their rooms. Petty at best - But WHY- a simple request that was made a big deal of.

We was very pleased with our stay at Best Western. We was visiting in Wichita to see our new grandbaby. The hotel had a wonderful hot breakfast with lots to choose from. Loved the extendedshower curtain rod. Pool was also very nice. We had absolutely no complaints at all. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was nice and clean, updated decor, good beds. The staff was friendly and accommodating when we requested a late check-out.

No complaints what so ever, highly recommend , great value.

Clean room..quiet..could be updated though. Good location..would stay again

Nothing extraordinary and nothing to complain about. I would stay there again and likely will.

Last minute booking went smooth clean rooms nice updated rooms

was a great place to unwind after a long, hot day. AC could have worked a little better, but with the sunburn, was hard to tell, lol!..... bed was great and the staff very friendly -- will definately stay again

Everything was fine except the pool heater was out and we were disappointed we couldn't swim like we had planned.

The staff was virtually invisible. That can be good or bad depending on what you need. The beds were very comfortable! The main part of the room was very clean. The price was acceptable for the amenities. However...I could hear the toilet flushing and shower running in the adjacent room like I was standing under a waterfall. There were hairs in my shower upon my arrival. And the breakfast staff was making waffles for themselves and literally blowing the crumbs out of the machine with their breath. Maybe I am picky but I don't want to eat off of something someone has spit on.

The Best Western was very good. It is a pretty new property and the room was spacious with a separate swinging door on the closet. It also had a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. The bathroom was very spacious. You didn't have to climb over the toilet to get into the tub like most hotel rooms. The breakfast that was included was excellent: hot and cold cereals, eggs and sausages, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, and fresh banana. And of course coffee. The only difficulty is in finding the place. While the address is clear, it is located off the service road of E. Kellogg. If you are actually on E. Kellogg, even with a GPS, you can be driving round and round, trying to figure out how to circle back to get to the hotel. Drove my GPS crazy.
