This was a super clean place, the staff was accommodating and it was a convenient location for shopping and dining. We will be making this our regular hotel stop when we visit Wichita!

The suites were good sized and I liked the extra bathroom. The hotel is quite dated and the Pool area is in worse shape. Pool area is the one area I would fault the cleanliness. In a good location for my husbands surgery and finding places to eat and keep busy. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.

The hotel is always a nice place to stay, we always use it when we come in for a Dr visit that requires us to stay a night. During our stay the hottub and pool wasnt heated so it was pretty chilly but the staff did take note and filed a report with their pool guy. I knew it wasnt going to be fixed over night but the staff was friendly and did listen to us.

RUN AWAY- BED BUGS!!!! Very disappointed in this property!!! One member of our family was covered in bites after staying overnight!! When I called the hotel to report and ask if this had been an issue I was of course told “no”. However there was no surprise at all in the employee’s voice and I was told “the exterminator would be called”. ALSO- Photos are very misleading!!! This property is not well maintained. Very dirty and worn. Blood on the curtains in our room, unidentified fluids on the walls. Pillow smelled like B.O. Ceiling tiles in the bathroom caving in. Mold in the shower, sink did not drain. Should have gone with my gut and left as soon as we checked in!!!!!!!!

The only issue we had was that we tried to sleep in and could hear the dump truck from our room getting all the trash. That can't be helped. The hot tub was nice and relaxing after a day of walking around Wichita. Check in was simple. Usually when I go outta town I have to bring my own pillow and towels but the towels here were huge. The pillows were surprisingly good on my neck. Basic TV. But we just had it on for background noise while getting ready for the day. Didn't really mess with it. The breakfast was a nice spread of biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, cereal, bagels & toast, yogurt, various juices... And there was a lady making omelettes to order in the lobby. Overall our stay was great. I would recommend this to a friend. Oddly the best part about this location for us was that there was a Taco Tico across the road!

Very disappointed in this hotel…had to park on the side of the building due to very small front parking lot & it was like an ice rink, very dangerous! Room was in poor condition…tattered carpet, shower had two sprayers but no hot water in one of them. Breakfast with omelet bar was very nice, but lots of staff must have been arriving to work & were standing at food, eating & talking…felt uncomfortable. Front desk hostess on check out was fine but not overly focused on customer service.
