Check in staff were kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool could use some chairs, we are older and it's not comfortable sitting on concrete. We will defiantly stay here again when in the area.

I recently had an unfortunate experience during my stay, and I wanted to share my feedback in hopes of improvement. After a long drive with my family of seven, we arrived only to find that the room I had booked was not available. The customer service I encountered was not as helpful as I had hoped, and I felt that my requests for assistance were met with a lack of understanding. When I inquired about being credited for the difference in room rates because I booked through Hotels.com, I was informed that they couldn't assist me. Additionally, when I asked to speak with the manager about my experience, I felt that the response was dismissive rather than empathetic. All I was looking for was guidance on how we could resolve the situation. After my husband had to step in to help, I was assured that I would receive a full refund, but as of now, I have not received it. I believe that enhancing communication and customer service training could really benefit future guests. Thank you for considering my feedback.

Room warm. Pullout couch broken broken. Like feels like youre falling into couch. Difficult to put away during day. Stayed in family suite. On floor 3. It worked for a short term stay. Pool tiny. So was hot tub. Parking options was horrible.

Good location for eating at Scotch & Sirloin or the Irish Pub. Pool had exactly three chairs, tiny towels and didn’t appear clean. There is no interior signage for pool or elevator location. Our AC was not working in July in Kansas.
