Shower wall was broken upon check-in, but notified staff and they said they wouldn't charge me. Very nice staff. However, I was charged for two rooms when the receptionist took the other occupant's debit card to charge for their room. I told her I was charged twice and she assured me I wasn't... bank statement says otherwise.

This is a clean and quiet hotel. Needed a place to stay while a family member had an extended stay at the hospital. Rates were affordable and it is easy to get back and forth to Wesley Medical Center. Parking is well lit and the area felt relatively safe given we were traveling back and forth early in the morning and late at night.

The check in was great. Lady was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were sleep able. Little out dated. The one thing that was the worse was the heating/air conditioner. It was very loud and never shut off. Elevator smelled like weed also.

Great place to stay. It was nice to have hot breakfast every morning. My only complaint is that the gravy for the biscuits wasn’t out the first two mornings. On the third morning, I went down at 7, instead of 6:15-6:30, and it was there. All of the food was good, though, and there was a great variety.

The room was clean, the hotel was a bit dated but also clean. The free hot breakfast was also good. The front desk was friendly but it appeared they weren't trained well and kept struggling to do basic things like room keys and getting us an iron we waited 12 hours for, the lady at the front desk had been there for 17 hours that we could verify screaming that they were overworked and understaffed. It wasn't the normal Best Western standard unfortunately but certainly good enough for a weekend stay no more than I was there

With the exception of Mahogony, who was very helpful and friendly, the rest of the front desk staff could use some training in how to treat customers. At check-in, our room had no bath linens and there was no toilet paper holder mounted on the wall. Our room door did not securely close without slamming forcefully. Both mornings, when we went tried to grab a bite to eat, all the food items were gone/empty. There were guests walking out with 3-4 plates loaded with food and none left for others. The one lady trying to manage the breakfast area was overwhelmed and just couldn't keep up. Lastly the exterior West side door would not accept the key card swipe for access. All-in-all, the staff and the facility could use a little work!
