I had a very nice stay. The hotel was close to all the city's attractions. The staff was professional and attentive. Most important, the room was immaculately clean! I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Friendly staff whom upgraded my room because they had available rooms! Room was new and clean!

I chose this location as it was close to relatives homes and we are out of state. I liked the hotel/amenities and location. We were travelling with a 2 yr old and he liked here! Parking garage needs a connecting breezway/walkway to hotel though. Thats the only thumbs down. (parking)

I loved the bar area and the firepits they had out back. They even had a pool! The staff was really friendly also!

The staff is horrible. Evening front desk was rude.

Stayed here on Business and enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast area was clean and stocked. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay here again!!

The hotel is in a great spot a bit pricey for the room it was pretty small but clean And comfy. The best part of the hotel has to be Donna the bartender she's easy to talk to and super friendly had a great time talking with her!!

This is a very nice hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. Would highly recommend it to anyone. I am looking forward to my next trip to Wichita primarily because of Fairfield Inn & Suites-Downtown.

I travel alot and book online alot. Never had any issues. I purchased a room with 2 beds, sleeper/sofa for 5 people. When we arrived they said they did not have sleeper/sofa rooms and that youz should not have let us book 5 people in our room basically blamed it on who we booked through. Nor did they even try to accomodate us. First of all they told us they were sold out and could not get another room. Then a different person went and talked to them and they had a room but it was not discounted and basically told us it was a take it or leave it. It was one of the worst Customer Service I have experienced at a hotel and they basically just blamed everything on the online booking. We will never stay at another Fairfield Inn & Suites. Also there were other things in the description of the hotel that was not included, they did not have microwaves or refrigerators and advertised a sauna and did not have either.

This was a last minute trip, we had seen hotel last time through Wichita. It was n ice and everything fine except the lousy parking situation. It would be worse in bad weather or a woman by herself.

This hotel was sure designed weird for the parking garage. Had to walk outside from the garage to the hotel. Everything else was great. Wonderful breakfast. Would stay again.

The staff at this hotel is amazing. Everyone made it a point to acknowledge you with a good morning or have a good day, even just in passing in the hallway. The hotel is beautiful and the fire pit outside at night is a very nice way to relax from a busy day. Would stay here again.
