The hotel is very nice and seemed to be well cared for. The hostess that checked us in seemed to either not care about anything or just was not interested in having to go through the motions of checking in a guest. She emphasized “The ONLY thing we have here for breakfast is,,,,,” and when asked what I should do with the luggage cart after taking my luggage to the room , should I leave it in the hallway? Her reply was “You can do whatever”. That was it, no “Have a nice stay” or “Thank you for staying with us”. The host or hostess really sets the tone from the beginning. In this case it was not a good representation of the company.
Don’t like that Breakfast is only served until 9 am.

Room was nice and clean. Located close to lots of shopping and restaurants. My complaint would be with the staff. Neither front desk clerk I interacted with was friendly. I was made to feel like an inconvenience. Other than that, I would recommend.
Everything was clean and new. LOVED the walk in shower and fairly large fridge. Only negative i have is i reserved the deluxe king room and had to be "downgraded" for no room being available of that kind. My price got refunded to the room i was in now but that's still a disappointing way to start the stay. I will use this location again though as everything ese was great.

Although I booked 4 days in advance we were told upon check-in they were overbooked. We waited 20 minutes while room was prepared. Then the lock on our door didn’t work properly.
Free breakfast was was good. Our TV did not work and we did not get enough washcloths each day. We were just there for a weekend so we did not contact the front desk about this as we made what we had work. Location was convenient to restaurants etc. Hotel staff at front desk and bar were great.
Great for the what we needed. Would stay there again.
The facility seems brand new. It was very comfortable, and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

We were traveling north on I-35 and made arrangements to stop here. The hotel looks brand new, is an easy exit fro the Interstate and close to restaurants etc. The staff and reception was a little clunky. We reserved two rooms which confused the staff person a little. Hotels should figure out the check-i process especially for guests with a reservation We were told breakfast was available at 7 but when we left at 6 it was already available?? God hotel good value.
