Unable to adjust thermostat in room and was not able to get assistance to adjust
Nice place but our blinds did t work. Only had the room coffee stocked with decaf and in the lobby the coffee had run out. None of the soaps or shampoos in the shower had anything in them. Bed was comfortable.

I loved the look and feel of this hotel! The staff were very friendly when we arrived. The room was nice and cool (nice for these hot summer days!). We didn't get to try breakfast because we had to leave early for a surgery but it looked great!
I didnt like the fact they charged my card 3 times for one night. When they didnt evwn have authorization to charge my card anything

Way to much noise. Every time a door opened or a toilet flushed it could be heard in the next room. It like they sacrificed comfort for a trendy look. Didn’t sleep well because some loud noise woke us and it went on all night.
I was a little disappointed that they were out of toothpaste for purchase and out of towels. Ive never stayed at a hotel that was out of towels. When I went to front desk and asked for towels, she brought me hand towels! I said excuse me but I meant bath towels and she responded..."oh, I think we are out of those." Room service cleaned our room and took our towels and did not replace them. On the upside, it is a nice modern hotel.

It was great. Everybody was friendly. My two four legged babies loved the pillows. My only disappointment was the stone wall as my view from the windows and no refrigerator in the room.
