Parking right next to a dance club, NO FENCE, cars racing through the lot. Put us on the side of the hotel where the Mexican Dance club played until nearly one AM booming bass as loud as they could. NO OTHER ROOMS ON THAT SIDE OCCUPIED, place was nearly empty - could’ve given us a quiet room. We were there to visit my son who has been on life support for a week. No hospital discount, LOUSY BREAKFAST we paid $10 each for and almost didn’t get, had to get night clerk to make sure we would get it and still had to get breakfast someplace else. WORST HOTEL EVER. We Have traveled for our jobs for over 20’years and this get the SHAMEFUL AWARD. The people running it should have to listen to that crap that passes for “music” All night every night as punishment for their rudeness and deliberately putting us on the worst side of the property while they definitely had empty rooms. Bulldoze the place!

Close to Wave for concerts. Have stayed here before and it was clean, quiet, and a good value for the money. Breakfast is extra but I usually go somewhere else for breakfast. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend.

Loud band until 2 AM kept the entire hotel awake

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and really like it because it is always been cleaned and we like the location and it’s near a lot of good restaurants. However, on this last visit the bar across the street had a really loud band both nights and they did not shut down until 2 AM. It was so loud that it rattled the windows. My son had a competition the next morning at 8 o’clock, and therefore we did not get any sleep in. He ended up having to withdraw because of how tired he was because he had performed the previous day multiple times. We talked to the manager about it, and they offered to move rooms, but regardless of where you were in the hotel, you could hear the band playing so unfortunately, we did not give them full stars as we have in the past because of this incident.

Our room was quiet. Probably due to the way the room was arranged, we did not hear the inhabitants of the adjoining rooms. We like easy access to QT and Nifty Nut House, which was a contributing factor in choosing this location. We would have liked the buffet breakfast to be free like so many other places we have stayed, but we were able to try out a breakfast restaurant nearby.

Room window is in the Lobby. Terrible exp. buffet

Booked my room on hotels.com for 1 king room. The ended up giving me a double queen not too big of an issue. The room I was given had a big window to the lobby so if you're not careful people can view in if curtains aren't drawn closed. The other window had a piece of wood behind it due to being below first level. The breakfast buffet was my biggest issue. You have to pay $15.00 for a normal breakfast buffet you would end up getting for free from any other hotel, food was terrible and definitely not worth the $15 plus tax and tip so around $20.00 and not sure why you would need to tip the lady that stands there and checks you in. I asked if my room could be switched and they told me all rooms are booked. Also, if you need ice, it's on the fourth floor. Very inconvenient hotel for the high price you pay. I'd say if you have to stay there make sure your room is upper level if at all possible, and you might as well go out to breakfast. Last bit is someone dropped their dirty socks in the hallway we noticed the night before and guess what it was still there the next morning. Will not stay there again better hotels in the area for less money.
