Second time there, great hotel, HUGE rooms, highly recommended

My only quibble is that I reserved a room with two queen beds well in advance, called ahead to alert of a later check in (not past 9pm), but I ended up with a room with a single king. The hotel was fully booked, so we couldn't move rooms, but they gave us a rollaway (that we had to set up ourselves). Less than ideal, but they moved us the next day.

Perfect location if your going out downtown! We walked everywhere and it was great!

Excellent location, very clean, great rooms, and outstanding staff.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice but the pillows were horrible. So bad, I doubt we go back. They have a "bar" but its very small and way overpriced for the tiny glasses they give you. The location is great and so is the decor, but Old Town Hotel is far better for the price and comfort.

Excellent hotel and central to everything- Great restaurants-dining and shopping centers

Nice big clean rooms, nice staff, close to everything in Old Town... Would most definitely stay there again. They also have a shuttle to and from the airport!

My stay was very pleasant. Location was perfect and their shuttle service was greatly appreciated. Saved me time and the frustration of dealing with traffic for the event I attended. I will definately stay there again

Clean rooms, polite staff, great location. Only complaint was the bed was perpendicular to the TV. Plus not a bar in hotel, but that's probably more of a matter of preference.

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Location was great. We walked everywhere. Great restaurants and bars just across the street. Within driving distance of the river walk. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was great, nice an quiet, always clean, the staff was wonderful, the location had everything you wanted, wide variety of dining and entertainment

Located in Old Town Wichita, this hotel is outstanding. Professional staff, friendly.

great location for a getaway for husband and wife. everything was awesome. the only problem was my king room had a stale smell to it. it was cleaned but it seemed like it been sitting unocupied for a while. my room was on the side of the front entrance to hotel. great view of olde town. what is good is that olde town has many festivals. the blocked off area is not even a block away. i didn't bring my 3 boys, but they would have liked the car show on 13 july. there are alot of restaurants for people with kids nearby too.

We had an awesome time and the staff was more then friendly!! Super place to stay!

Fantastic hotel. Convenient to Old Town. Updated interiors.

I couldn't experience all of the hotel since it was being renovated. The breakfast was in a temporary room. Apparently, Dr. Suess was the chef because they served green eggs. Coffee was so-so. The beds were comfortable. Very quiet, considering its Old Town location. The radio could not receive a single FM station so it was worthless as an alarm. The large rollout table under the desk was very convenient as a drawing table. I ended up in the largest room in the hotel by chance: 17 x 34, so I was spoiled. This room could be bettter utilized, perhaps by a sofa and coffee table.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Marriott, the was huge, and the staff was excellent.

The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating and considerate. The best part was the location. One block away is a beautiful plaza with lots of patio restaurants and water fountains. Our teenagers want to make it a tradition to stay here... and arrive earlier so we can enjoy more of the local flavor!

The staff was wonderful. The only suggestion would be that the cleaning crew make sure the tissue box was re-filled when empty. Very clean hotel, great location. Enjoyed the stay!

The hotel was great. The people were wonderful

Dear Ann, Dear Jonathan, Thank you for sharing your comments. I apologize that we were not able to provide you with a guestroom that had double beds. We do our best to provide our guests with the room they requested but, as listed on the website, we are not able to guarantee that guests will get their preference. I am glad you enjoyed our location and lovely rooms. Thank you again for your review. Safe Travels, Michael
