Clean and good customer service

When I arrived to check in after being on the road for over 10 hours, The attendant was unable to find my reservation because it looked like somebody had already checked into it.. She dismissed it as a mistake gave me my keys and I went up to my room. When I went to use the key I realized that there was people already in the room and I opened the door on them. MORTIFYING! Went downstairs and she gave us a key to another room but this was very concerning. She said she was the only employee that was working And when I called to order sheets from room service she brought them up herself. Very bad service. Pool had no towels and was extremely hot. The microwave DID NOT WORK - couldnt heat up my dinner. The walls were paper thin and I could barely sleep all night hearing people stomp on the floor above me. My original room was supposed to be on the 4th floor so I probably would have slept better if I had my original room. Breakfast was decent.

The location and room were great, spacious and more than you need for a night away from home. But what made this place stand out was the woman running the front desk. She didn’t have any help and was running from the parking lot to get people checked in. Tons of people not staying at the hotel we’re trying to park in the lot bc of some activities happening down town, and she ran around and made sure we could get a spot.

The property was brand new and clean and in a great location. Our room was immediately near check-in desk, ice machine, and elevator and so was quite noisy. I was unable to move location as it was spring break and the hotel was fully booked. Breakfast was okay, mostly frozen microwave breakfasts but they had juices and coffee and it was complimentary. If I return to Wichita I would book again.

It was so noisy that we didn't sleep a complete night our entire stay. The people slamming doors all night, loud music. Housekeeping didn't work the 4 days we stayed there. I understood one day was Christmas but nothing on Friday or Sunday! Really???

Hotel is clean bright and staff is friendly My second stay here and will stay again.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us and your feedback about your experience. I am so very sorry you did not enjoy your stay, and for the unfortunate mix up upon your check in. My front desk agent told me about what happened, and she was very upset for her mistake, which she took full ownership of. We do our best to make sure our guests are happy and that our accommodations are up to par, but it looks like we completely missed the mark based on your feedback. Again, I am so sorry you were not pleased and for the issues you encountered during your stay with us.
