Extremely helpful staff

We made a quick stop at this hotel on our way to a funeral. My husband accidentally left a pair of shoes that were not only very expensive but extremely sentimental. We received a call from Andra about 45 minutes after checking out to say that housekeeping found the shoes he left. She held onto them with our name for the long weekend so we could pick them up on our way home. This was so thoughtful and above and beyond what should be expected and we are extremely grateful!!!
