Like everyone else has stated. This property is being renovated. The completed rooms are very nice. The finished product will be good.

Staff was super friendly. It was comfortable and dxsftlt what we needed.
Walls were very thin, could hear conversations from other rooms. I Understand this hotel will undergo renovations in the near future, company should look into upgrading their breakfast options, not much healthy foods to choose from now.
All was well until it wasn't. On sunday morning before checkout, I discovered my car key was missing! I searched EVERYWHERE for it and couldn't find it. I went to the front desk and reported the situation to the lady but she didn't seem to care or be bothered! She was not helpful at all and really seemed to disregard the severity of the situation. She "couldn't" check the security camera. Even management said camera wasn't activated yet. I eventually had to file a police report, get towed to the rental car office and got a new rental car.
Greeted warmly and everything was ready for us. Breakfast was good and checkout and checkin were both easy and fast.
Nothing special. Good enough for one night but wouldn't stay here much longer than that. Price at least was in line with the hotel.

Our experience was good overall breakfast was very nice, staff friendly and helpful, clean room, and easy access to room.
Over all my experience wasn't bad but wasn't GREAT! Upon first arrival the staff was friendly. Getting into the room the smell was a bit off setting, not 100 sure if it was the cleaning supplies they use or not. After returning to the hotel Saturday it was obvious the cleaning staff had been there not bc the room was clean but bc the caps to the cleaning supplies were left through out the room. I was also able to see some things that hadn't been cleaned and it was obviously not from my stay, meaning it wasn't cleaned from the get go. When doing a final check on the room before I left I found items of clothing that didn't belong to me. If thes rooms had been clean appropriately I wouldn't have found somebody else's belongings.
This room was clean and comfortable. Only 3 real complaints: 1) when reserved room I was under the impression that I was getting a smoke free room, but didn't. The staff did fix this for me but with a lecture. 2) The tub was really slick. I almost fell several times while taking a shower. 3) Part of the frame around the mirror in the bathroom was missing, making the nice room look cheap.
This is an older property that has been kept pristine. I was very comfortable and pleased. Would stay again if passing through.
The staff was friendly, but the hotel was not clean. The lobby, hallways and stairs were nasty, and the room wasn't any better. I felt dirty the whole time I was there. The public area floors hadn't been vacuumed in days. The furniture, carpet and bathroom in the room were filthy, and they didn't change the sheets until I ripped them off the bed. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows need to be replaced. The "fitness center" is a joke. 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical that are falling apart and unsafe. Definitely NOT recommended!
We were in Park City for a dog show. Stayed at the hotel for about four years. Will return to this one anytime I am there. Friendly from the start throughout our stay. The breakfast was very health wise,although I only have yogurt for breakfast, it was there, even my fave strawberry! They were always very welcoming when we came through the door, after a long day of agility with the dogs! Favorite restaurant Applebees near by!
Staff was efficient and the location is right off the interstate. Great for a business traveler who wants a comfortable room and the ability to get in and out quickly.
Not good not bad. Room was average or below. It was a place to sleep for a price that didn't break me.
They did a great job cleaning our rooms everyday. Breakfast did not include any meats (sausage, bacon,etc) but did have biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, hard boiled eggs, juice, milk, coffee, etc. The staff was friendly and spoke English! The hotel always appeared clean while we were there! The only down grade I give this hotel is the thinness of the walls. We could hear people in the other room talking and their tv at all times.
