The AC units in the apartment do not work. Contacted customer service they were unable to help us contacted them three times regarding the AC not working. No one came to look at the ACs and ended up having to leave in the middle of the night because it was so terribly hot and stay in a hotel. The apartment is nice, but it is too hot without the AC. I requested a refund for stay because we never stayed in the.

My family absolutely loved this property. The owners make it very easy to find and they were in constant communication with me before my trip. It is very close to the water taxi stop and only an 8 minute walk to the Grand Canal. The location was perfect. We were very please with our stay and highly recommend this property.

The apartment was amazing and in a cute residential area. It was a 2 bedroom 2 bath renovated apartment that super clean and they even had laundry facilities. Francesca was super helpful with getting us there from the water taxi with perfect directions. Would definitely stay there again.

My wife, myself and our five children enjoyed the few nights we stayed here very much. The Rialto is very close. Food, shops and vendors are pretty much right outside your door. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We will book again in the future.

You will receive all instructions for your stay the day before and on the day. Instructions were clear. It is a beautiful place. We truly loved the apartment. It made the stay in Venice wonderful. The views from the apartment are beautiful as well.

The apartment was perfectly located; close to everything. Great size for our group, quite spacious. The only downside was no coffee machine was provided in kitchen. Would have appreciated a coffee machine, even a Bialetti for stove top would have been great. Otherwise a great place to stay! would recommend
