First when I booked through you I hit the place deposit button but ended up being charged for the whole room. Next I had to add a night but couldn’t do so and had to make another night booking. Called the hotel 3 times to make sure all good. Spoke to Lori, spoke to mark. All good. Got here and made sure again that we were st saying in same room even though 2 different itinerary numbers. Both are for same style of room. Everything ok when we check in than all of a sudden I see a charge pending for 385.00 But it was when we checked so I was surprised I had it hit my card but whatever. Than 3 hours later another 285.00 hits my card. So now I’m paying 309.00. + 385.00 + 285.00.
So I phone front desk and she confused me more but said she was cancelling the 385.00 charge but charging me 60.00 for parking. Ok. Than I leave room and come back and my card for room doesn’t work. Thankfully we had another. So all in all this hotel is a mess. Smells musty. Has no television capabilities and wanted to charge me almost 1000.00 for 2 nights. Cant imagine those that have smaller credit limits having this happen. Will never stay here again. Nor will I book through Expedia. I hit deposit. Hotel says you sent them the charge of 309.00. Horrible service all the way around.
