Great place to stay in! Conveniently located in Downtown Vancouver within walking distance of many attractions and near public transportation. The front desk associates were friendly (three females, one male), additional amenities in property such as a gym, community kitchen, rooftop area with views of sowntown Vancouver, and a dry sauna.

The property is outdated. There were some renovations made but in a very sloppy way. Everything is just not thought through well. Access to the parking is difficult, you have to climb stairs with luggage to and from parking, the elevator is old and slow. No one dines in the adjacent restaurant. If you get a good price for the reservation, it's ok but our rate was pretty high and I was very disappointed

Staff were kind but ventilation was really bad in the room. Whenever i came back to the room, thr smell was so bad. I wanted to stay out as long as possible. With that poor air-conditioning, windows must be openable.

This hotel was great to stay at! It was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient to everything downtown. The rooftop and sauna area was quiet and relaxing. I was bummed out that the hot tub was out of order during my stay. The only thing I did not like was the shower head in my room was a bit wonky...it seemed to have a leak, so it was spraying extra water from the sides and it was getting the bathroom floor and top of the toilet all wet and the shower curtain wouldn't stay fully closed on that side. Other than that, I had a great stay and will definitely stay here again in the future!

Very quiet and clean. Rooms were outdated but it’s expected for the price and location. I found we had to walk pretty far for shops but still a great location. I don’t recommend going to the Tim hortons two blocks away, very sketchy crowd. Staff was extremely friendly.

Only sad part was the hot tub was closed and no one told us. Love that the top floor has a communal kitchen it was nice to cook a meal instead of take out all the time.

We chose this for its proximity to Granville island and the water ferry dock. Best price compared to other hotels in the area, so not disappointed with what we paid for. The room could just use a little more reno than what has been done alreay IMO.

We were able to walk to the Grand Parks Hotel from the Yaletown Roundhouse Train Station coming from Vancouver Airport YVR and back 0.65km. Easy walk to the waterfront cruise port and convention centre about 2.0km. Taxi or Uber rides readily available. Vancouver Traffic is terrible. Hotel is a little dated but has had some upgrades.
