We was checked in to a room, that had someone else food in the refrigerator, and the front desk woman was upset with me and my husband for wanting a different room.... never again 1st and last time at this hotel
I like the kitchen set up, and room. I have stayed at Towne Place Suites before for an extended stay and have found them reliable and comfortable.
The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Close to airport, lot of FREE parking space. The roaring jets nearby could be audible. We enjoyed coffe & water availability in the lobby at all times. Only thing I would like to see improve, choice of meal for breakfast if you stay many days.
We had a great stay here, the room was nice and the beds were soft. You can hear noises from the above room, if you're on the first floor, but not too bad. It was kids running around upstairs. The only issue is that there's a mild mildew type smell, I'm not sure if its from the carpet. You get used to it, but when you leave the room and come back you smell it again. But still, we enjoyed thr stay, the smell isn't too bad. When you turn on the heat, theres a strong smell at first, but it goes away.
I loved the room - spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Great choice for the business traveler staying for more than a day or two.
Dirty stained carpet in the room and in the hallways. Everything else was execelent. The pool was awesome. I also lived that the water in the shower was hot enough tl take a relaxing shower. Lots of hotels limit water temperature to lukewarm and i hate it.
Like: Kitchenette feature. Not sure if it has pots, continental breakfast, clean and quiet. Dislike: Guests using the laundry don’t get their stuff when done. You don’t want to touch personal stuff but it’s not fair for them to monopolize/hamper other guests’ right to use as well. I think Management should post something to the effect that if washers and/or dryers are not emptied after 15 or so minutes, other guests can remove and use the dryers/washers. Thank you.
