I thought the hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly for the most part. One of the bartenders asked my partner for her number and after saying no he still found her on Facebook. Some of the waiters at the restaurants were rude while other's were very friendly. lots of options for food but nothing really stood out.The in room dining was bad. The food was under cooked and stale. The gym however. I loved and spent most of our time poolside or playing ping pong. Definitely caters to those who are older and not looking for to much to do.

2 night layover

Rooms were big, and comfy, good facilities including fridge / iron / hairdryer in room. Airport shuttle a nice bonus and only took 5 mins. Breakfast included hot options. Overall exactly what we needed for a couple of nights layover in Toronto.

The only complaint I have is the van driver from the airport to hotel, he was not very helpful to us two elderly women. That at hotel go out of their way to help.
