Everyone was so friendly eager to help and just absolutely wonderful. Our flight was canceled and they were so helpful and made the delay so much more tolerable. I cannot speak so greatly about how wonderful our hotel stay was if I can tell anybody anything please stay there as it will be wonderful for you.

Room was perfect. One small detail but cleaning lady took care of it right away. Staff extremely welcoming. Very much enjoyed my stay. In-room magazine on Riu hotels should be free for those who want it. We needed an extra chair in the room, but were denied. Breakfast was excellent! Would love to try a Riu hotel in another location.
