Lots of amenities available 24/7. Never short of anything. Clean towels left daily and water. Nice coffee in reception, washing facilities. We didn't get to use the public bath or gym but if the weather is bad this is a bonus. Has to extend my stay and this wasn't a problem, we were able to stay in the same room. Highly recommended

An amazing find, pleasantly surprised. Will definitely stay again. Although our room was small for 4 people we had everything we needed and accomodated us adequately. Everything was clean and well maintained. In a very convenient area, plenty of shops. Close to 2 train stations so easy to get around. 15mins drive to the airport. Highly recommend. Quiet, peaceful room, no outside noise at all.

Writing a detailed review as I was thoroughly impressed: 1. Translation is impeccable in both English and Chinese, and it was done in the most formal, respectful register possible. 2. Layout. This is one of the most spacious chain hotels I've stayed in. You made sure there are no rooms opposite to each other which limits noise and increases comfort in one's stay. 3. Luggage space and clothes area are all tastefully designed, allowing us to hang our used and clean clothes up in fully separate areas. This was a great design detail. 4. Beds are larger than what I'd expect in a double room. Lots of pillows to choose from. 5. Plastic protector on door which also limits noise for all units. Free water. 6. My only gripe is that there are no lotion/cream for ladies in the room, but I understand this can easily get stolen. Maybe consider giving out a small pack, or made available upon request at front desk. 7. Absolutely wonderful staff, again special thanks to Tabaru & cleaning staff.

For the room with 2 sets of bunk beds, it feels a little tight when we opened up the luggages. This is not the heart of Tokyo, but it’s rather close to Haneda and we could enjoy one last onsen on site before leaving the country.

ホテル自体はとても素晴らしかったです。ただJR蒲田駅からホテルへの道中が夜遅かったせいか、とても危険な雰囲気でした。翌日京急蒲田を利用しましたが、アーケードを通りすぐでした。雨だったので大変助かりました。
