Friendly staff

Waited outside in the cold for more than one hour for shuttle service from Haneda to MyStay hotel. The bus drove by but failed to stop. So I had to take a taxi. Arrived at hotel and the heater in my room was defective. The clerk attempted to repair the heater but ended up having to change my room. Finally got into bed at 2:30am.
