Room was spacious. Love the residential home where I can cook and use the microwave. Also the washing machine was a life saver. Highly recommend and location is easy to navigate. The only down side is that house cleaning cost money. Should be included but I see why for ‘residential’ purpose.

Besides the clean room and accessibility to nearby shopping and transportation, the entire experience from check in, our stay and check out were great. The amenities like washer/dryer machine and water dispenser, for example, also contributed to the comfort of our stay at the hotel. After a few days in capsule hotels, Tokyo Stay Ikebukuro had great amenities with a convenient location to the station. Having my own laundry machine in unit with an actual fridge and microwave was amazing. The staff was always kind and helpful whenever I needed anything. Would definitely book again if whenever I’m in Tokyo.

Overall excellent. First time experience to collect breakfast and use the room microwave to hear up food. Only sad is no proper housekeeping. Will do replace towers and collect rubbish. Also we love the washing machine. Helpful
